Oconee State Bank

Hubbard & Hudson transformed a 3,800-square-foot retail end cap into a fully functional banking office for Oconee State Bank's expansion into the Statesboro market. The project balanced immediate operational needs with strategic design for future growth.

Coastal Drug

Hubbard & Hudson designed and constructed a modern 6,200-square-foot facility for Coastal Drug in Midway, Georgia. The new building not only accommodated the pharmacy's immediate expansion needs but also incorporated flexible space for future growth and additional healthcare services.

Wildlife Center

Hubbard & Hudson modernized and expanded the Wildlife Center's facilities at Georgia Southern University, creating enhanced spaces for both events and educational programming. The project included updating an outdoor pavilion and repurposing unused interior space for field trips and community gatherings.

Vyve

Hubbard & Hudson constructed a 4,380-square-foot office building for Northland Communications (now Vyve) in downtown Statesboro. The design pays homage to the historic train station that originally occupied the site, creating a building that honors the location's heritage.

Hubbard & Hudson constructed a new 4,800-square-foot East End Fire Station for Liberty County Fire Service in Midway, Georgia. The facility addresses the fire service's growing operational needs with modern amenities and expanded equipment storage.

Emma Kelly Theater

Hubbard & Hudson led the restoration of the historic Emma Kelly Theater in Statesboro, addressing critical structural failures while preserving the building's historic character. Working with local designers and the City of Statesboro, the team restored the theater's original appearance and color palette.
