Coastal Drug

Hubbard & Hudson designed and constructed a modern 6,200-square-foot facility for Coastal Drug in Midway, Georgia. The new building not only accommodated the pharmacy's immediate expansion needs but also incorporated flexible space for future growth and additional healthcare services.

About the Project

Coastal Drug had outgrown their existing facility and needed a modern building to serve their expanding operations. Hubbard & Hudson worked with the owners and designers to create a 6,200-square-foot building that houses Coastal Drug's primary operations while providing adaptable flex space. This forward-thinking design allowed for the seamless addition of Coastal Care and Wellness within the same structure. The new facility enabled Coastal Drug to modernize their pharmacy operations, improve workflow efficiency, and expand service offerings to better serve the Midway community's healthcare needs.

Hubbard and Hudson Construction handled the build out for our Uptown Cheapskate store, and overall it was a solid experience. We're happy with how the store turned out and enjoyed working with Jake and his team.

Vyve

Hubbard & Hudson constructed a 4,380-square-foot office building for Northland Communications (now Vyve) in downtown Statesboro. The design pays homage to the historic train station that originally occupied the site, creating a building that honors the location's heritage.
