Oconee State Bank

Hubbard & Hudson transformed a 3,800-square-foot retail end cap into a fully functional banking office for Oconee State Bank's expansion into the Statesboro market. The project balanced immediate operational needs with strategic design for future growth.

About the Project

Oconee State Bank was entering the Statesboro market and needed an office that could serve current demands while accommodating future expansion. The challenge involved fitting comprehensive banking operations into a retail space while creating a professional environment. Hubbard & Hudson teamed up with local designers DPR and Megan Yawn Designs to translate the bank's requirements into an effective layout within the 3,800-square-foot end cap. The finished space includes seven private offices, a breakroom, conference room, support rooms, and customer service areas. The thoughtful design provides flexibility for growth as the bank establishes itself in the market.

Hubbard and Hudson Construction handled the build out for our Uptown Cheapskate store, and overall it was a solid experience. We're happy with how the store turned out and enjoyed working with Jake and his team.

Coastal Drug

Hubbard & Hudson designed and constructed a modern 6,200-square-foot facility for Coastal Drug in Midway, Georgia. The new building not only accommodated the pharmacy's immediate expansion needs but also incorporated flexible space for future growth and additional healthcare services.

Wildlife Center

Hubbard & Hudson modernized and expanded the Wildlife Center's facilities at Georgia Southern University, creating enhanced spaces for both events and educational programming. The project included updating an outdoor pavilion and repurposing unused interior space for field trips and community gatherings.

Vyve

Hubbard & Hudson constructed a 4,380-square-foot office building for Northland Communications (now Vyve) in downtown Statesboro. The design pays homage to the historic train station that originally occupied the site, creating a building that honors the location's heritage.
