Consultation & Design
Vyve
Hubbard & Hudson constructed a 4,380-square-foot office building for Northland Communications (now Vyve) in downtown Statesboro. The design pays homage to the historic train station that originally occupied the site, creating a building that honors the location's heritage.
About the Project
Northland Communications needed a new office space on a site where a historic train station once stood. The project required constructing a building that would reference the historic structure while meeting modern business needs and maintaining operations on the shared property. Hubbard & Hudson worked closely with local designer DPR to create a building that evokes the architectural character of the original train station. We managed construction while the current business continued operations on the shared land and laydown area. The result is a 4,380-square-foot building that connects downtown Statesboro's past with its present, providing Vyve with a distinctive office that respects the site's history.
