Uptown Cheapskate

Hubbard & Hudson executed a retail buildout that combined two separate retail spaces into a single 4,900-square-foot location for Uptown Cheapskate's franchise opening in Statesboro. The project created an open, inviting shopping environment while maintaining essential back-of-house functionality.

About the Project

Uptown Cheapskate was opening a franchise location and needed a contractor who could bring their vision to life within existing retail spaces. The franchise required a large, open shopping floor while maintaining adequate storage and office space. Hubbard & Hudson provided comprehensive buildout services to merge two retail spaces into one cohesive 4,900-square-foot location. We created an open-concept retail environment that maximizes shopping floor space and customer experience while incorporating well-designed back-of-house areas for storage and administrative functions. The successful buildout gave Uptown Cheapskate an attractive, functional retail space that supports their business model.

Coastal Drug

Hubbard & Hudson designed and constructed a modern 6,200-square-foot facility for Coastal Drug in Midway, Georgia. The new building not only accommodated the pharmacy's immediate expansion needs but also incorporated flexible space for future growth and additional healthcare services.

Wildlife Center

Hubbard & Hudson modernized and expanded the Wildlife Center's facilities at Georgia Southern University, creating enhanced spaces for both events and educational programming. The project included updating an outdoor pavilion and repurposing unused interior space for field trips and community gatherings.
